Several of our dentists have spent time treating seriously injured patients or very complex cases at hospitals around the UK. This means that they bring an extensive range of highly technical skills to the practice, with specialisms including gum surgery, root canal treatments and implants.
Sara Jafarizadeh DDS, MSc (Lon), graduated in Dentistry in 2004, after which she spent time practicing in Iran and the Philippines. Having moved to the UK, she qualified with MSc in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at UCL Eastman Dental Hospital. Whilst at UCL, she also received hospital training, spending a significant amount of time involved in major surgeries for trauma patients, and photodynamic surgeries for patients with cancer.
Sara provides general dental care to her patients, with a strong focus on preventive and cosmetic treatment. She is also well-versed in restorative and full mouth reconstruction and has developed expertise in these areas.
Over the years through her work, professional and academic training, Sara has developed a keen interest in a wide range of oral surgery.
Sara’s enthusiasm in Oral Surgery has driven her to utilise her experience by holding a position as a Visiting Lecturer at UCL Eastman Dental Institute where she is involved in the teaching of CPD courses in Oral Surgery and also the Overseas Registration Exam program.
Sara enjoys delivering the latest in aesthetic and cosmetic dentistry for creating a beautifully natural looking smile. Sara is eager to be at the forefront of modern dentistry advances and frequently partakes in courses to keep up to date with techniques and improve her skills. Sara is a keen traveller and particularly enjoyed travelling across Asia and the Far East. She enjoys swimming, classical music and is also passionate about baking and gardening.
After graduation as a DDS in 2001, Alberto moved to Spain and completed a MSD in Endodontics in 2005 at the International University of Catalonia, under the direction of Dr. Miguel Roig Cayón. During these two years, his primary responsibilities included didactic preclinical and clinical instruction of undergraduate dental students. He conducted intensive training with endodontic rotary systems, dental operating microscopes, ultrasonics and vertical condensation of gutta-percha.Additionally, at the University of Barcelona and as part of his PhD requirements, Alberto presented a variety of posters, oral presentations, articles in scientific journals and worked as a lecturer. Since then he have been working as an Endodontic Specialist.Once completed the recognition process at the University of Barcelona and his degreed was recognized in Spain, he started working as an Endodontic Specialist in Barcelona. Recently, to continue his professional growth, Alberto has completed a residency in surgery and another in implants, both at the International University of Catalonia.In November 2010, together with a fellow dentist Alberto opened a dental office in Premia de Mar, a town near Barcelona, Spain. After eight years he relocated to the United Kingdom where he has been working as an Endodontist.
Dr Goulart is our dentist with a special interest in Orthodontics, and is committed to giving his patients a beautiful smile that they can be proud of. His work also helps improve comfort and oral health, so he spends time supporting patients at other practices around London. Dr Goulart has been working in private practice for over 25 years, following his graduation from Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas in Brazil.Working hard to stay up to date with the latest treatments and techniques, Dr Goulart works with metal and invisible fixed braces, as well as removable appliances to find the most suitable teeth straightening solution for his patients. He carries out new patient consultations and assessments, as well as emergency and general appointments for children, teenagers and adults.
